Can I use my own designs?

Yes, you can definitely use your own designs on Completeful! However, to ensure the best print quality, please make sure your design meets the following criteria:

1. Size: Your design should match the specific size requirements for the product you're ordering. Check our design guidelines for each product to ensure it's the correct size.
2. File Type: Please upload your design as a PNG file. PNG files are ideal as they support high-quality prints and transparency.

Adding your own design in the app

1. Let's start by navigating to the designer as shown in How do I add a product?
2. Next click on images button in the feature tree 
3. Click or drag your image into the upload section (make sure your products resolution matches or exceeds the product requirements see How to get a high quality design file?)
4. The Image is automatically placed centered in the print area, from here you can size it however you like!
